So I'm kinda freaking out. I need money for the college I want to go to (University of Kentucky), but I don't have enough scholarships to do it as of now. I really don't want to go to WVU, but I might have to, especially with the current condition of the economy. I don't know what to do, but it's really stressing me out. I know I won't be happy at WVU and that I should go to UK. It's really a shame that money should be a deciding factor.

Hi! there. You are not alone. This is so funny. But I too was going to go to the UK this January 2009. In fact next saturday was the day I was going to leave. But that’s okay. I will have to postpone my studies till next January. If you have to go to WVU instead of postponing your studies then how about considering a year abroad through WVU. I tried it and it was an amazing experience. Perhaps you could do the same and still get credit towards your degree. I am not sure if you have tried it before. Perhaps you may want to ask the international office at WVU. The best of luck to you, when there is a will there is a way. Inform yourself and your dream can come true. Good Luck!!!
