1) What made you smile today? The sunshine. I haven't seen it in a lonnnng time.

2) What’s the weather like where you are?  It was sunny and around 60, but now the clouds have returned and the temperature has dropped. =[

3) Who did you talk to today? (you can tell us one or more) My family and a few friends.

4) Are you hungry, thirsty or content right now? Kind of thirsty, but ok.

5) What are you thankful for in this moment? Simple things.  I love to just sit out in the sun and relax.

When you don't have to think about your next step.  You don't have to question the right or wrong of it all because you know, deep down, that it's what you should be doing.
